The stylish and tasteful 40m2 Plaza Reial Apartments are several studio apartments located in Plaça Reial, a focal point of Barcelona and one of its most captivating squares, directly on Las Ramblas. If you’re looking to soak up the city's vibrancy and energy, this is the place you want to be. The apartments are literally steps away from Las Ramblas the liveliest street in the city full of entertaining street performers, street merchants and other important sites such as the Liceu Opera house and the world class Boqueria market. Stop by Pinnochio bar in the market for the best café con leche in Barcelona or to Escriba cake shop right on Las Ramblas for the most heavenly desserts in the city. For nightlife, you barely need to leave the plaza, there are loads of bars and the clubs include Jamboree (hip hop), 13 (electro), Sidecar (rock/alternative) and Club Royal (soul). The apartment is also close to the Old Port, gothic Cathedral, Barceloneta beaches and much more. The apartments sleep 2 or 3 people in one large double bed (+ an individual sofa bed if the apartment is for 3). They also have a complete bathroom and a contemporary, fully fitted kitchen. The apartments boast gorgeous views of Plaça Reial and have been renovated with flair and attention to detail, combining original design features with modern decoration and lighting. Liceu metro station (line 3) is close at hand. These superb, comfortable apartments are the perfect place to recharge your batteries before hitting the town at night. Important: REFUNDABLE 200 euros security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either provide credit card details (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200 euros in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment). Standard check-in time is 14:00. Standard check-out time is 11:00. Other check in times can be arranged. Check-in after 20:00 is 25€ extra. Check-in later than 24:00h is not allowed.

Located in Plaça Reial 20 metres off Las Ramblas and opposite Palau Guell and Liceu Theatre. 3 minutes from Old Port, and Gothic Quarter. Less than 5 minutes' walk to Plaça Cataluña and Passeig de Gracia (Modernist Route, Gaudi's buildings), Picasso Museum. As it is in the centre it is very well connected by underground, buses (day and night) and trains. Direct train to/from Airport/Plaça Catalunya.

Bei niedrigen Außentemperaturen ist die Wohnung für Eskimos o.k. (Klimaanlage heizt nicht). Den Safe konnten wir mangels Betriebsanleitung nicht benutzen. Fernseher lediglich mit Zimmerantennenempfang. Insgesamt recht klein und hellhörig (zum Glück haben wir einen festen Schlaf). Ein großes PLUS ist die super Lage, die die Einschränkungen entschädigt. Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich insofern schwierig, als wir - wie aufgetragen - bei Ankunft zunächst niemanden telefonisch erreichen konnten, erst ab 11 Uhr.

A éviter si vous avez prévu de dormir un peu et pas seulement faire la fête, car très très bruillant. Un autre point que je ne fais pas confiance c'est la cotion. Ils demandent le numéro de carte de crédit, signature lors de la remise des clefs. De ce fait j'ai préfèré annuler ma carte. Peut être à penser la prochaine fois à amener une attestation d'assurance RC.

Die Wohnung war schön, sauber und in einer super Lage. Allerdings war es in der Nacht ein bisschen laut.

apartment was fab! Compact, but clean tidy and had everything you needed. Location was perfect - not as noisy as expected! Only complaint is the mirror in the bathroom - its rubbish and its the only one. Front door key was a little stiff too - make sure you know how to open it before going out on a night!
