  About the accommodation
The beautiful Poble Nou Beach Loft has a fabulously large outdoor terrace and great location near long stretches of sun, sand and sea in the heart of Barcelona. Fast and easy public transport takes you direct to the Gothic Quarter, Cathedral, Plaça Catalunya, Gaudi sites and the Zoo. As the name of the loft suggests, it is walking distance to Barcelona’s sandy Mediterranean beaches. Among the numerous beaches within walking distance is the Mar Bella beach, a veritable stone’s throw, attracting the more natural, free-wheeling, let your hair down and leave your bathing suit at home types. For the more modest, fear not, there are plenty of non-nudist beaches to choose from. The Chiringuito, or beach bar, on Mar Bella transforms into the perfect chill out bar for a couple drinks before really hitting the town. The neighborhood in which the loft is located has a special village feel to it. Located right on the pedestrian Ramblas of Poble Nou (not to be confused with Las Ramblas), there are numerous outdoor cafes and inexpensive restaurants. The Poble Nou area also includes chic bars like Oven, which is housed in a warehouse and has excellent cocktails. The loft is 35m2, not including the enormous 140m2 roof deck. There is a double bed which sleeps 2, with the possibility of sleeping 2 more persons in a double sofa bed. On the top floor of a building with five floors it does not yet have an elevator at the time this was written. There is a separate bathroom and the efficient kitchenette has a ceramic stove top, microwave and toaster. Have your breakfast outside on the terrace as you soak in the Spanish sun. A perfect little lair for sunbathers and beach lovers! 200 EURO REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR EACH APARTMENT RENTED. Once checked-in you have two payment options 1) To present a major credit card which will not be charged provided that the room is in good condition upon checking out, or 2) Pay 200 euros in cash which will be returned upon checking out provided that the room is good condition upon checking out.

Idéalement situé pour ceux qui se déplacent en 2 roues : Rue calme et piétonne, à 5 min de la plage et 10 de la Rambla (toujours en 2 roues). Commerces à proximité. Terrasse calme pour profiter du soleil.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in der "Kartause" am Dach, trotz der beschwerlichen 6 Stockwerke ohne Lift... und trotz des bisschen Staub im Appartement. Die Nähe zum Strand und die nicht zu touristische Umgebung war sehr angenehm.

I was very pleased with the accomadation and the excellent service and cooperation provided by Gemma and Elma. When going to Barcelona in the future i will most definately try to use Barcelona30.com. However, i found the quality of the mattres and cushions less than satisfactory and a more comprehensive selection of kitchen utensils(pans with lids, more glasses and serving cuttlery)would have been nice.

sistemazione confortevole e ubicata in una zona tranquilla vicina al centro e al mare. l'unico problema sono i sei piani di scale ripide e la mancanza di un ascensore.

Die Wohnung ist ganz nett ausgestattet, war jedoch nicht wirklich sauber. Störend ist der anhaltende Geruch nach Abwasser aus dem Bad und den Abzügen auf dem Dach in Höhe der Dachterrasse. Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön, sie liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße nahe des Strandes und der U-Bahn (man kann auch in die Stadt laufen).
