  About the accommodation
Apartamento Sants 1 is a spacious and luminous apartment measuring 70m2, located in the heart of the Eixample neighbourhood in Barcelona, in a wide avenue lined with trees; at 5 blocks from the Rambla Catalunya and at 6 from Passeig de Gracia, 2 of the most beautiful shopping streets in the city, full of bars, restaurants and the most popular high street shops (e.g., Zara, Mango, H&M, etc..) not to mention the most exclusive names (i.e., Chanel, Armani, Louis Vuiton…), where you may also admire the most spectacular modernist buildings this city has to offer, such as La Pedrera and La Casa Batllo. The apartment makes an ideal base for exploring the city with the Hospital Clinic metro station only 5 minutes away on foot where you can catch a metro to Sants train station and metro line 3 to get to La Rambla and Pl. Catalunya in the city centre in less than 10 minutes. The Aerobus stop is also very close to the apartment where you can catch a direct bus to Barcelona airport. Sants 1 houses up to 6 people comfortably in 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with bunk beds, the other 2 people may sleep on the comfortable double sofa bed in the living room which looks out onto a sunny balcony. There is an American kitchen which is fully equipped and a bathroom with a spacious shower. All is completely new and refurbished. The apartment has wooden floorboards and a warm, cosy atmosphere making it a great home to spend a memorable holiday in. REFUNDABLE 300¤ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 300¤ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).
