With an unbelievable 2 patios and spacious 130m2 interior and its fabulous location just 5 minutes to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas in Barcelona, Spain, the Apartamento Ausias Marc is enviable by any standards. The fantastic location makes nearly all the sites an easy walk away. Stroll through the medieval streets of the Gothic Quarter and visit the famous museums of the city including the famous Picasso Museum in the charming Born area. Head up to the unique Gaudi buildings just up the chic Passeig de Gràcia or visit his masterpiece, Sagrada Familia. This spacious apartment can sleep up to 9 people in 1 bedroom with single bed (another can be added), 1 double room with 2 single beds, 1 triple room with 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has all the amenities and there is one full bathroom with bathtub for soaking your feet after a long day of pounding the pavement. Wir mussten sämtliches Geschirr vor der Benutzung gut abwaschen. Die angegebenen Terrassen sind quasi nicht nutzbar, dreckig, kein Licht, Klimaanlage vom Nachbarn?, 2 Schlaf- zimmer sind ohne Fenster, es gab nur Bettlaken zum zudecken und auch der allgemeine Sauberkeitszustand war nicht zufriedenstellend.

très bien situé, avec commodités (commerces, parking, métro et bus en bas de l'immeuble), très spacieux

sehr gute Lage. Zimmer schön leider teilweise ohne fenster,wasser im bad läuft fast nicht und auf einer toilette kein wasser.gut für familien

Sehr sauber, schön und groß. Absolut super Lage und Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Viele Bars und Restaurantes, Supermarkt, Metro ganz in der Nähe bzw. nebenan. Es gibt keine Heizstrahler, daher in Wintermonaten in den Zimmern mit Fenstern kalt und somit ungemütlich.

non proprio il massimo della pulizia, ci vorrebbero delle lenzuola più decenti e materazzi più nuovi e comodi, per il resto tutto o.k.
