  About the accommodation
Gran Via Apartment measures 140 M2 and comfortably sleeps up to 9 people; it is situated in the Eixample district of Barcelona, very close to some of the city’s greatest sights, such as the shopping street Passeig de Gracia, Placa Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the Gothic neighbourhood. Accommodation at the centre of one of Barcelona’s finest areas, full of charming modernist buildings. Gems like Gaudi’s La Pedrera and Casa Batllo are within walking distance. Barcelona’s vast public transport network will take you to all of the sights a little further out of town. The metro stop called Universitat (line 1) is the nearest to the apartment and bus numbers 9, 14, 50, 56, 59, L94 and L95 have stops just 200 metres away. This quiet first floor apartment has 3 complete bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and a private bathroom complete with bath tub. Among the remaining four rooms are a double with a double bed, a twin with two single beds and a balcony, a standard single and a single with a shower. There is also a large living room – dining room with 2 double sofa beds, a fire place, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, cups, glasses and an oven. With so much space you will feel right at home. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200€ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).

La posizione era abbastanza centrale, vicino anche a una pfermata della metropolitana.

Das Apartment entsprach weitestgehend der Beschreibung. Der Kamin war nur Attrappe. Eines der Bäder war nicht Funktionsfähig - keine WC-Spülung. Das große Problem war die Sauberkeit. Trotz vorheriger Reinigung durch eine Putzfrau, was das Apartment sehr dreckig. Besonders die Küche und ein Bad waren sehr dreckig, Haare im Waschbecken und Dusche, Geschirr und Töpfe nicht gereinigt. Der Boden des gesamten Apartments klebte. Türen knarrten sehr laut.

excellent location,10-12min.walk to city center.Apt.large and many bathrooms/bedrooms,large kitchen large and equipped.Kitchen and bathrooms outdated,especially bathtubs are very dated with rust around drainage area,which looks unslightly.Linens and towels outdated.
