  About the accommodation
A cool private apartment of 50 m2, the MERCADERS Apartment 3, located on Mercaders street across from the Gothic Cathedral in Barrio Gotico, just off Via Laietana in central Barcelona. This apartment has 1 double room with one King-size bed, 1 room with 2 single bed plus one single room with 1 single bed. There are also 2 sofa-beds in the salon. The apartment is designed for 5 people to sleep comfortably in 3 separate rooms. However there is a maximum capacity for 7 persons. Complete kitchen, complete bathroom. The apartment is newly remodelled. There is no better location to be within walking distance of so many of Barcelona's famous sites - Ramblas (10 min. walk), Old Port, Opera House, Picasso Museum, Plaza Catalunya. There's no lift in the building.Cancellation PolicyCancelling with less than 7 days notice and no shows will result in a charge for the first night (including taxes). REFUNDABLE 200€ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200€ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).

Logement très bien situé, propre. Idéal pour 5 personnes (mais plus pour des jeunes qu'une famille...). Aucun soucis rencontré dans l'organisation des remises de clefs. site de confiance.

appartement plein de charme situé dans le centre de la ville à 2 pas de la ramblas. quartier un peu bruyant la nuit, idél pour jeunes ou groupes

Die Unterkunft Mercaders 3 war so, wie wir sie uns vorgestellt hatten. Wir waren allerdings nur drei Personen und ich glaube nicht, dass es mir mit sieben Personen dort gefallen hätte. Dafür ist das Badezimmer einfach zu klein und vor allem ist es gleich vor dem Essbereich... Für uns war aber alles in Ordnung. Es ist tatsächlich ein wenig laut, aber mit Ohrenstöpseln hört man nichts mehr. Wichtig ist vielleicht noch, darauf aufmerksam zu machen, dass die Treppe, die zum dritten Stock führt, sehr steil ist. Das Apartment ist für eine im Gehen eingeschränkte Person also ungeeignet. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder in das Apartment gehen, aber eben nicht mit sieben Personen.
