  About the accommodation
MACBA E is a comfortable 95m2 apartment perfect for families and large groups, and is located in Barcelona, Spain’s vibrant centre, 2 minutes walking from Las Ramblas. The apartment is named because of its proximity to the beautiful MACBA (contemporary art museum) building, known by aficionados of the great architect Richard Meier. If architecture is your thing, you're in the right city. Some of the famous other architects who have works in this city include Frank Gehry, Irata Isozaku, Mies Van der Rohe, and last but not least, the famous homegrown architect Gaudi of whom the city is so very proud.  See his Sagrada Family cathedral, modernisme buildings Batllo and Mila on Paseo de Gracia (and many others scattered about Barcelona) and his whimsical and beautiful Park Guell. And students of architecture know that that’s just scratching the surface. This city is proud of its heritage in supporting architecture and art- the Lichtenstein sculpture in Barceloneta and Miro’s mosaic on Las Ramblas are just two examples of the city’s dedication to art. This area attracts people for the lively nightlife in addition to its share of culture vultures. There’s no shortage of bars on Joaquin Costa, which leads up from the MACBA to the Plaza Universitat. Cheap restaurants abound in the Raval area, the most bohemian in Barcelona.The apartment sleeps 11 people in 1 triple room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; 3 double rooms, 2 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The environment is warm and relaxed, with simple and functional decoration and pine furniture. There are 2 full bathrooms with shower, a large and bright living/dining room with a double a sofa bed, TV, table and chairs. The elegant wood and marble kitchen opens to the living room space and has been totally renovated to include all the amenities; refrigerator, washing machine, coffeemaker, toaster and more.A spacious, central apartment located just off Las Ramblas in a town of architectural beauty.

le foto pubblicate della struttura la fanno sembrare molto più spaziosa di quello che è in realtà. la descrizione comunque coincide con quanto trovato.

Noise levels from street were quite loud in bedroom at front of apartment. Sofa bed in living area was shabby, uncomfortable and damaged
