The 19m2 Paral·lel Loft is in a fantastic location in the Poble Sec neighbourhood bordering the historic Old Town of Barcelona. Walking distance to Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter and many museums, this central location is ideal home base. Poble Sec area also has great bars and clubs, such as Rouge, MauMau and Apollo nightclub. It also offers a lively and quaint neighbourhood feeling right in the city centre- sit at one of the outdoor cafes on the neighbourhood’s pedestrian street and enjoy an inexpensive beer or merienda (snack). Walk through the beautiful (but steep!) park to the top of Montjuic and visit the grounds of the 1992 Olympics. Take a swim in one of the Olympic pools or bring a picnic and watch a movie ouside in the Castell (castle) which are frequently shown on summer nights. The telefèric (cable railway) goes from the top of the mountain to the Barceloneta area and beaches- not the vertigo prone!
This beautiful loft is tastefully decorated in deep, rich colours and modern décor. The apartment is one well organised space with two single beds: the perfect set up for 2 people, and 2 more people can sleep in the double sofa-bed. There is a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and stove top. Just 8 minutes from Paral.lel metro stop. A fantastic apartment in an up and coming area close to the action! Important: 200 EURO REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED. Once checked-in you have two payment options 1) To present a major credit card which will not be charged provided that the room is in good condition upon checking out, or 2) Pay 200 euros in cash which will be returned upon checking out provided that the room is good condition upon checking out. |

Studio petit mais trés bien agencé, propre avec des prestations de bonne qualité(linge de lit impéccable, eau chaude, accéssoires modernes...) . Cependant la lumière extérieure ne pénètre pas dans la pièce (une fenêtre donne sur un puits de jour plutôt sombre et l'autre sur la cage d'escalier avec des "va et vient" assez bruyants)
Situé au coeur de Barcelone,dans un quartier calme et authentique,les transports en commun sont trés accessibles, par contre les emplacements pour se garer sont difficiles à trouver et tous payants.
A recommander pour 2 ou 3 personnes pour un court séjour. |
