  About the accommodation
The Gaudi I is an apartment with a lot of light which measures 45 m2 and sleeps 5, next to the Rambla Catalunya in a building with a lift. Located in the l'Eixample district, one of the most beautiful in Barcelona with no shortage of shops and tourist attractions nearby. Very close to Passeig de Gracia, the classiest street in town, with its luxury shops where you will also find 2 of Gaudi’s most famous buildings: Casa Mila, known as La Pedrera, and Casa Batllo. Note: on arrival, you will be asked to leave a deposit of 150 euros in cash which will be returned to you after the inspection of the flat and hand over of keys on your last day. Places such as Placa Catalunya, La Rambla and the gothic neighbourhood in the old part of the city are just a pleasant stroll away. If you do wish to travel a little further out of the centre, metro line 3 stops at the Passeig de Gracia station just 2 streets away. There are also plenty of buses in the area. The Gaudi II offers a triple room with a double bed and an individual sofa bed ; a living room/dining room with a double sofa bed ; a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, crockery and cutlery for 5 people and all the usual kitchen utensils; a bathroom complete with shower. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, wireless Internet access, an iron and double glazed windows. The apartment has recently been fully refurbished and tastefully decorated with wooden furniture and parquet flooring. A pleasant apartment to make the most of your time in Barcelona! REFUNDABLE 150¤ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 150¤ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).

Located next to Rambla Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça Catalunya and La Rambla. Passeig de Gràcia metro station (line 3) is two streets away, with many diferent bus lines connecting the entire city.

Great location. Lift was a great help. It would have been nice to arrive to some basic food and water etc. in the fridge as we arrived so late. Very clean and comfortable.

En general cumplió todas las expectativas lo único a tener en cuenta es que la calle es ruidosa y el Aire acondicionado no estaba en marcha.

günstige Lage nahe U- und R-Bahn Flugplatz. Kurzer Fußweg zur Altstadt Las Ramblas. Interssante Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Unterkunft gut ausgestattet Küche ermöglicht auch ZUBEREITUNG von Speisen ohne PROBLEME. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Unproblematische An- und Abmeldung. Sauberes Umfeld.
