  About the accommodation
This completely reformed 4-bedroom, independently-owned apartment of 100m2 is located in the neighbourhood of Eixample Esquerre, or "left-bank" Eixample. The flat sleeps up to 8 persons, and therefore is a perfect place to host a family or a group of friends. Local restaurants and shops, the area is filling up with chic places for the "in" crowd. Close to the metro station Rocafort (line 1) and many bus lines, you will be 10 minutes away from Las Ramblas in the Barri Gòtic or 15 minutes away from the beaches of Barceloneta by metro. The friendly apartment is full of light and is on the first floor of a building with a lift. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, another 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds each, and 2 full bathrooms. Additionally, it has a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a cute living room with sofas and a table. New furnishings and tastefully decorated for your stay in the city of design. Cancellation PolicyCancelling with less than 7 days notice and no shows will result in a charge for the first night (including taxes). REFUNDABLE 200€ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200€ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).

Cet appartement est très bien situé, non loin d'une station de métro et des commerces. Très propre, assez bien équipé, pouvant loger 8 personnes confortablement. Bon accueil de l'agent également. La climatisation était bien appréciée car il fait très chaud à Barcelone au mois de juillet.

Wir waren zu viert Anfang Mai im Apartment Calabria. Vorneweg gesagt, waren wir sehr zufrieden mit diesem Apartment und können es jedem weiterempfehlen. Die Lage dieses Apartments ist sehr gut. Es ist auch ein Bäcker, ein Lebensmittelmarkt und ein Italiener gleich um die Ecke. Das Apartment ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend gelegen und man wohnt sehr zentral in Barcelona. Wir konnten das meiste zu Fuß erreichen. Wie die Vorredner schon sagten, war kein Toaster vorhanden. Jedoch wurde uns aber am zweiten Tag ein neuer Toaster vorbeigebracht. In diesem Apartment befinden sich 2 Duschen, von denen eine nur für Personen unter 1,80 m benutzbar ist. Des weiteren sind in diesem Apartment ein paar Glühbirnen defekt sowie die Terrassentür lässt sich nicht ordentlich verschließen, dies war aber nicht weiter tragisch. Die Betten waren auch gut und man konnte gut schlafen. Eine Waschmaschine, eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Mikrowelle und ein Wasserkocher sind auch vorhanden (wir haben aber nur den Wasserkocher und die Mikrowelle benutzt, diese funktionierten einwandfrei). Das Apartment war sehr ordentlich aufgeräumt und auch sauber.

Das Inventar (Betten und Sofa) sind abewohnt. Küchenausstattung etwas spartanisch. Zugsicherte Toaster war nicht vorhanden. Kanne der Kaffeemaschine war kaput. Trotz unserer bitte, wurden kein Toaster nachgeliefert und die Kanne nicht ausgetauscht. Schade!!!!

Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft tatsächlich sehr ruhig, bis auf die Geburtstagsparty im oberen Stock in der Nacht unserer Abreise! Offensichtlich gilt die Ruhezeitordnung nicht für alle Bewohner des Hauses.
