  About the accommodation
A big, sunny apartment of 120m2 with high ceilings that can accommodate up to 12 persons. It is located in a building with lift on Aragon Street, near the smart Passeig de Gràcia, Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, in front of Plaza Dr Letamendi in the Eixample district, surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafeterias and many shops. This district has the most examples of modernist architecture in Barcelona. Its architectural interest is unique: in this area, you can admire building such as: Casa Lleó Morera by Domenèch i Montaner (architect, 1850-1923); Casa Amatller by Puig i Cadafalch (architect, 1867-1956); Casa Batlló and the Casa Milà, aka La Pedrera, both of them of Antoni Gaudí (really famous architect, 1852-1926). In the same area, you can also visit the Universidad de Barcelona , in front of the Plaza Universitat, as well as the Tàpies Foundation. It is within 5 minutes walking distance to Passeig de Gràcia (lines 2, 3 and 4) and Universitat (lines 1 and 2) metro stations. The apartment consists in 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with single bed, 2 complete bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other one with a shower) and an additional toilet, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster...), dining-living room with 2 double sofa beds, TV, and dining table. Open the insulating double-paned windows and look out over Barcelona from one of the 3 balconies in your home away from home.

nous avions reservé 1 gd appartement pour être ts ensemble (11 pers ) et ns avons été mis, sans explication, ds 2 appartements différents : pas de repas en commun possible, déception très grande. Mais les 2 appartements étaient tt de même sympa.

situation idéale pour visiter rapidement Barcelone,mais il faut savoir que cet appartement est TRES BRUYANT(rue Arago très passante) très propre, tres grand,2 toilettes dont une indépendante et 2 salles de bains font qu'il est très possible de loger 10 personnes.pour un court séjour il est à conseiller.
