  About the accommodation
A modern, spacious apartment of 60 m2 to accommodate up to 9 persons, ideal for large families and groups. It is located in Balmes Street, between Gran Via de les Corts and Ronda Universitat, in the Eixample district. A few steps away from the most beautiful and elegant streets in Barcelona : Rambla Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia; also within walking distance to Plaça Catalunya and La Rambla. An area surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafeterias and many shops. The Eixample is the most modernist area of Barcelona and has a unique architectural interest: in this area, you can admire constructions as The Casa Lleó Morera, of Domenèch i Montaner, The Casa Amatller, of Puig i Cadafalch, The Casa Batlló and the Casa Milà (famous under the name of "la Pedrera"), both of them of Gaudí. In the same area, you can also visit the Barcelona University , in front of the Plaça Universitad, or the Tàpies Foundation. It is within 2 minutes walking distance to Passeig de Gràcia (lines 2, 3 and 4) and Universitat (lines 1 and 2) metro stations. This air-conditioned apartment consists in 1 large bedroom with 3 individual beds; 1 bedroom with double bed; spacious living room with double sofa bed, TV, table and chairs and  fully equipped open kitchen area; as well as a nice complete bathroom with bathtub and mosaic decoration. It has a warm, cosy decoration, with a sensation of space, modern wood furniture and wood parquet floors. A comfortable, agreeable place in the heart of the city. REFUNDABLE 150¤ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 150¤ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).

Die Unterkunft ist abgewohnt - Manko ist, dass Bad und WC in einem Raum sind - Toaster war kaputt - ansonsten kann man für ein paar Nächte über alles drüberschauen - Preis war OK - wegen Gesamtzahlung der Wohnung bei Ankunft sollte man alles sofort auf Verwendbarkeit überprüfen (WC-Spülung, Brause, Kühlschrank, Herd, etc.), solange der/die AnsprechpartnerIn noch greifbar ist - Unterkunft wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nie wieder betreten ... Schlüssel haben wir, wie verabredet, auf dem Küchentisch hinterlassen und einfach die Türe zugezogen bei unserer Abreise.

Die Lage der Wohnung zum Zentrum ist sehr gut,insgesamt ist die Wohnung OK gewesen. Sehr spärlich ist die Ausstattung der Küche und des Bads, so wären z.B. einige Haken für Handtücher,ein Stöpsel für das Küchenbecken oder schneidfähige Messer sicherlich nicht schlecht. Der Lift ist etwas störanfällig und blieb öfter stecken.

Ottima la posizione vicina al centro e alle fermate del Metro! Delude l'ingresso al palazzo e l'ascensore: le pulizie condominiali non sanno cosa siano! l'appartamento è spazioso e comodo, l'arredo è spartano soprattutto nel bagno, il soggiorno è poco luminoso e i divani non sono molto puliti! guardando verso l'interno non c'è una bella vista ma molta tranquillità! Sommariamente mi sento di consigliarlo ad altri, soprattutto per la posizione!!

ci sono stato ad ottobre... carino e confortevole, ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo... forse poco luminoso ma per il resto e ottimo e centralissimo davvero...

Die Unterkunft war sauber, zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die küchenausstattund hat sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen(keine Weingläser, Salatschüssel usw.)Für den Preis der Unterkunft sollte man nicht zuviel erwarten.Sie war ok und ich würde Sie wieder buchen.
