  About the accommodation
A cool private apartment of 50 m2, the MERCADERS Apartment 2, located on Mercaders street across from the Gothic Cathedral in Barrio Gotico, just off Via Laietana in central Barcelona. This apartment has 2 double rooms with one King-size bed each, plus one single room with 1 single bed. There are also 2 roll out beds to be used in the saloon. The apartment is designed for 5 people to sleep comfortably in 3 separate rooms. However there is a maximum capacity for 7 persons. Complete kitchen, complete bathroom. The apartment is newly remodelled. There is no better location to be within walking distance of so many of Barcelona's famous sites - Ramblas (10 min. walk), Old Port, Opera House, Picasso Museum, Plaza Catalunya. There's no lift in the building. Cancellation PolicyCancelling with less than 7 days notice and no shows will result in a charge for the first night (including taxes). REFUNDABLE 200€ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200€ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).

Accomodation was ok, but many things were broken (e.g. door-knobs), shower/toilet very very small. No toilet paper on the first day. Can't close doors properly.

Logement à prix abordable, quartier calme et placé en plein centre ville, cependant le logement en lui meme est correct mais sans plus mais possibilité de faire sa propre cuisine

es un poco pequeño, pero está muy bien situado en la ciudad. Incorporaría algún armario o más percheros para la ropa. Las puertas de corredera son un latazo, sobretodo la del cuarto de baño que quedaba una raja y es un poco incómodo, Y el cuarto de baño es diminuto.

bon accueil logement propre et fonctionnel manque des ouvre boite et ouvre bouteille pour la cuisine logement bruyant la nuit du fait de sa proximité à des restaurants de nuit

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. In der Nacht wird es teilweise etwas laut. Die Eingangstür ist sehr schwer zu finden, da kein Schild oder Schriftzug darauf hinweist.
