  About the accommodation
A cool private apartment of 35 m2, the MERCADERS Apartment E, located on Mercaders street across from the Gothic Cathedral in Barrio Gotico, just off Via Laietana in central Barcelona. This apartment is one open space were sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 King-size beds. There is also a living rooms with a sofa, a complete kitchen and a complete bathroom. The apartment is newly remodelled. There is no better location to be within walking distance of so many of Barcelona's famous sites - Ramblas (10 min. walk), Old Port, Opera House, Picasso Museum, Plaza Catalunya. There's no lift in the building. Cancellation PolicyCancelling with less than 7 days notice and no shows will result in a charge for the first night (including taxes). REFUNDABLE 200€ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200€ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).

Devo ammettere che ci siamo trovati molto bene nella casa: pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario per una vacanza breve. La zona dove si trova è in pratica la più frequentata di Barcellona, o cmq, è al max 5 minuti (a piedi) dal cuore del quartiere Barrio Gotico: 2 minuti dalla metropolitana (linea gialla), 15/20 minuti a piedi dal mare. Nelle vicinanze si trovano senza problemi fast-food (kebab,bar-ristoranti), alimentari… La casa sono 2 ambienti: un ambiente con due letti (un divano letto e un letto matrimoniale), mentre l’altro ambiente è la cucina con un tavolo e un divanetto. Il bagno offre il minino indispensabile. Insomma, non manca niente per un weekend lungo.

très bon emplacement, calme pas d'eau chaude côté cuisine accueil trop tôt le soir sinon porte fermée plus supplément de prix!!!
