  About the accommodation
An entire building for you and your friends on Barceloneta beach! It's the perfect choice for large groups who want to stay in a chilled-out area but be close to Barcelona’s city centre. In this pretty building, painted with warm, Mediterranean colours, you and up to 12 friends will have at your disposal 4 floors of approximately 45m2 each. You will be all in the same building, yet the layout provides a bit of privacy if desired. The building, just 1-minute walk from Barceloneta beach, is rented out in its entirety - your group will not share it with other guests. The accommodation sleeps 13 people in total distributed in 3 double beds, 5 single beds and 1 set of bunk beds. There are 4 complete bathrooms. The layout of this newly refurbished building is:  First floor: Studio apartment with fully fitted kitchen, separate bathroom with shower, and space for 3 people sleeping in two single beds and a single fold-out bed in the main living area with a balcony onto the street. Additional features include air conditioned, heating, dining table and chairs and TV.  Second floor: Studio apartment with fully fitted kitchen, separate bathroom with shower and space for 3 people sleeping in a double bed and a single sofa-bed in the main living area with a balcony onto the street. Additional features include air conditioned, heating, dining table and chairs and TV.  Third floor: Separate double bedroom for 2 people with ensuite bathroom and shower.  Third & fourth floors: Duplex apartment for 5 people. It includes fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with large shower, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a set of bunk beds and 1 single sofa-bed in the living/dining room with a balcony onto the street. Additional features include air conditioned, heating, dining table and chairs and TV.  The owner provides clean, new bed linen and fresh towels on arrival and all the necessary kitchen utensils you might need – plates, glasses, kettle, pots & pans, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Barceloneta still retains the charm of a true fishermen’s quarter and offers a huge choice of outdoor cafes, seafood restaurants, and beach bars. It’s very close to trendy Born neighbourhood with its fashionable boutiques, bars and restaurants and probably the best nightlife in Barcelona. If you walk along the promenade past the harbour and marina you will be in Las Ramblas, Barcelona’s lively and most central boulevard. The building is in a great location to enjoy a chilled-out stay right by the Mediterranean, yet within walking distance to the major attractions.
