  About the accommodation
A recently refurbished duplex apartment, just 3-minute walk from Barceloneta beach, at the foot of trendy Born neighbourhood and near the harbour and the yacht marina. This smart apartment is on the third and fourth floors of a pretty building painted in warm Mediterranean colours and sleeps up to 5 persons. The luminous master bedroom has a king-size bed, whereas the second room has a set of bunk beds and there is a single sofa-bed in the living room for an extra guest. You will find a modern, fully fitted kitchen, a complete bathroom with a large shower and a pretty living/dining area with TV, a dining table and chairs and a pretty little 2 balconies onto the street. In addition the flat has been fitted with air conditioning and central heating. The owner provides clean, new bed linen and fresh towels on arrival and all the necessary kitchen utensils you might need – plates, glasses, kettle, pots & pans, washing machine, iron and ironing board.Barceloneta still retains the charm of a true fishermen’s quarter and offers a huge choice of outdoor cafes, seafood restaurants, and beach bars. It’s a great location to enjoy a chilled-out stay right by the Mediterranean, yet within walking distance to the major attractions.

A short walk from Old Port area and Maremagnum shopping and leisure complex. Metro Line 4 nearby ("Barceloneta") with direct connection to Passeig de Gracia and Modernist Route. The location really was a 3 minute walk from the beach. We were pretty centrally located and could either walk or take a short metro ride anywhere.

sehr netter kontakt. alles sauber und einfach eingerichtet. leider wurde bei unserem 4 tägigen aufenthalt das apartement nie gereinigt. aber das ist nur ein kleines minus. die lage ist super: u-bahn 5min, strand 10min, ruhige lage, kleine restaurants in der nähe

ubicacion buena, aunque el barrio no es de lo mejor esta situado en la parte mejor de el, cerca del puerto y de la casa del mar.

Duplex très propre, bien décoré, spacieux et surtout très bien situé (à 2 min du métro, d'un marché et à 5 min de la plage). Plusieurs petits bars à tapas à proximité à un très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y retournerons!

The accommodation was clean and tidy and in a great location. Also the service was really good - communication was always prompt and helpful.
