  About the accommodation
A recently refurbished 12 m2 bedroom/studio space with independent entry access, just 3-minute walk from Barceloneta beach, at the foot of trendy Born neighbourhood and near the harbour and the yacht marina. This sunny space is on the third floor of a 4-story building painted in warm Mediterranean colours and sleeps up to 2 persons in 1 double bed. There is an ensuite, modern bathroom with shower and it is fitted with air conditioning and central heating. The owner provides newly-laundered bed linens and fresh towels in the accommodation. A kitchen is not available. Barceloneta still retains the charm of a true fishermen’s quarter and offers a huge choice of outdoor cafes, seafood restaurants, and beach bars. It’s a great location to enjoy a chilled-out stay right by the Mediterranean, yet within walking distance to the major attractions.

Located 5 minutes' walk from the city's beaches, and 5 minutes from Gothic Quarter and Old Port area. 15 minutes on foot from Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. A short walk from Old Port area and Maremagnum shopping and leisure complex. Metro Line 4 nearby ("Barceloneta") with direct connection to Passeig de Gracia and Modernist Route. Several regular bus routes to and from city centre.

It was small, but space was used well with nice modern decor. Great location, very handy to be inbetween the beach and the Ramblas, it's position on a small back street meant that it was quiet, but close to all the action.

Schönes Zimmer! Tolle Lage! Alles sauber! Leider ein sehr hellhöriges Haus, aber das gehört dazu! Die Klimaanlage ist goldwert!

Das Zimmer befand sich in zentraler Lage und ist, obwohl sehr klein, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und doch relativ ruhig. Sicher ist die Anmeldung per Handy zum Erhalt des Schlüssels etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber es hat alles ohne Probleme geklappt. Wir kommen jederzeit gern zurück und empfehlen das Quartier gerne weiter.

Die Unterkunft war in einer Seitengasse in der Nähe des Hafens, eigentlich leicht zu finden. Das Zimmer war klein aber es reichte. Die Wände waren hellhörig, so dass wir die anderen Bewohner der Pension sehr gut und laut verstanden hatten, vorallem nachts. Sonst hat es einen kleinen Supermarket in der Nähe der Pension, für das Nötigste. Metro und Bus Station (3min) sind auch in der Nähe (5min).

Wohnung mit sehr zentraler Lage, praktische und ansprechende Ausstattung, gute Lärmisolation nach außen, unbedingt zu empfehlen
