  About the accommodation
The recently refurbished Beach Studio B studio Apartment has a fantastic location for you beach lovers right near the Mediterranean, and is close to the historical Old Town of Barcelona, Spain. Slip into your bathing suit and head down to sun yourself on the beach- although the bathing suit is optional: there is a nudist beach at the far end of the Barceloneta. Sip on a café con leche at the trendy and always full Daguiri right on the beachfront. For lunch have a paella at any one of the great restaurants in this area specialized in seafood- try Bar Salamanca, also on the beachfront. Walking up Joan de Borbo, pass the lovely marina full of impressive private boats. Here’s an insider’s tip: in the Museum of the City at the top of Barceloneta there is a restaurant with an inexpensive menu del dia and an incredible view of the city and marina. Cross the street toward the old town and look out for the Xampaneria, a bar serving up cava (sparkling wine) and sandwiches for jaw-droppingly cheap prices. Be prepared to stand and fight for a spot at this incredibly popular spot. This smart studio is on the first floor of a lovely 4-storey building painted in warm Mediterranean colours. It sleeps up to 3 people in 1 large double bed and a foldout bed. There is a modern, fully fitted kitchen, 1 full bathroom with shower and a living/dining area with TV. There is also air conditioning and central heating. Guests are provided with clean, new bed linens and fresh towels on arrival and a full set of kitchen – plates, glasses, kettle, pots & pans, iron and ironing board. A great beach apartment in the charming Barceloneta area of the city.

Located 5 minutes' walk from the city's beaches, and 5 minutes from Gothic Quarter and Old Port area. 15 minutes on foot from Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. A short walk from Old Port area and Maremagnum shopping and leisure complex. Metro Line 4 nearby ("Barceloneta") with direct connection to Passeig de Gracia and Modernist Route. Several regular bus routes to and from city centre.

Die Wohnung war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das einzige, was wir vermissten, war eine kaffeemaschine. Ansonsten war alles super! Und die Schluesseluebergabe funktionierte perfekt.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön und lag in bester Lage. Der Strand war ebenso in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen wie auch Restaurants und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von Barcelona. Als wir keine Lust auf Restaurants hatten, konnten wir die gut ausgestattete Küche im Appartment nutzen. Das Appartment ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Lage ideal! Restaurants, Supermärkte und Metro sind gleich in der Nähe. Den Strand erreicht man in 5 Gehminuten.

es war wirklich super. Die Unterkunft ist mittendrin im Geschehen und alles laesst sich zu Fuss erreichen. Sie brauchen aber Ohropax, denn das Haus is sehr hellhoerig. Ansonsten kann ich die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!!!

Die Unterkunft hat vollstens unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Appartement war sauber und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, den wir brauchten und uns erwartet hatten. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos und summa summarum war es eine sehr gute Enscheidung über barcelona30 zu buchen.
