The fabulous 50 m2 attic Passeig de Gracia studio Apartment is right on the super chic Paseo de Gracia, one of the most expensive, elegant and exclusive residences in Barcelona, Spain. This chic street is packed with serious names in design such as Emporio Armani and all the rest. There are also some affordable options here and there, and on Rambla de Catalunya, another shopping street parallel to Paseo de Gracia. If you’re feeling peckish after hitting all the stores, head to Eixample’s best tapas restaurant, the Cerveceria de Mallorca on Calle Mallorca. This is a rare bar which serves affordable portions of tapas fitting for 2 people. Try the grilled asparagus, patatas bravas, pinxos (bread with savoury toppings) and choose from their excellent beer selection. For site seeing, the Eixample is an excellent location, with Gaudi buildings right on the Paseo de Gracia, and the historical Old Town is just a short walk away. If you want to try something different, head to Sitges from the nearby RENFE train station also located on Paseo de Gracia. The options are endless!

Sehr schönes Appartement, Top-Lage am Paseig de Gracia um die Ecke. Und natürlich eine gigantische Dachterrasse (sh. Foto)
Die Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche + Handtücher und Handtücher liess leider etwas zu wünschen übrig. |

appat.avec une terrasse très sympa mais dt nous n'avons pas pû profiter (trop froid!)
davantage pour deux que pour trois.coin cuisine minuscule.

Lovely apartment very well equipped and a great roof terrace to enjoy the weather and roof top views. Not the cheapest but certainly not extortionate either and great value for the location. Everything you really want from Barcelona within a short walk. |

La terrasse est superbe. Côté ravitaillement il ny a pas beaucoup de magasins proches. |
