  About the accommodation
The colourful 90m2 Eixample Apartment has a fantastic location in the Eixample neighbourhood, just steps from the Madison Avenue of Barcelona, Spain here known as the Passeig de Gràcia. Check out the famous names in clothing on this high-class street, alongside some affordable options such as H&M and Zara. Great restaurants with a modern feel and traditional Catalan fare such as Tenorio line this elegant boulevard. A short stroll away are two important Gaudi buildings, the Casas Mila and Batlló. You can take a tour of these buildings and learn the working ideas of this genius architect (although admittedly some of the translations are a little iffy). At the end of the chic Passeig de Gràcia, you’ll arrive at Plaza Catalunya with its major shopping meccas like Corte Ingles. Las Ramblas is at the opposite corner and here is where the historical Old Town begins. Located in a historical building the apartment sleeps up to 4 and has been completely renovated in a brightly coloured Mediterranean style, which welcomes guests after a long day of walking about the city. This comfortable apartment has a large living room area enjoys natural light streaming through the large windows leading out to a small balcony. There is a full bathroom and kitchen with refrigerator & freezer, cooker, microwave and everything for your cooking needs. A separate room contains a washer and dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 double beds, and another with 1 double bed. This beautiful refurbished apartment retains its original mosaic floors, and old style high ceilings. The old has been combined with the new- brand new furniture and fittings make this apartment very comfortable for guests. Guests will enjoy heating, air-conditioning, TV, DVD, CD player, and ADSL high speed internet connection.

Good location! Entrance right at bus stop. Comfortable beds, big rooms. Kitchen needs to be cleaned better and dishes need a thorough scrubbing. Nice to have the washer and dryer. Flat needs a new paint job, looking a bit frayed. All in all, nice flat!

Beautiful old apartment - excellent position just off Pasaig de Gracia - close to restaurants, shops, tour bus etc Minor problems with blocked sink / old pipes - slow to empty. Shower good,

El apartamento nos ha parecido fantastico tanto de ubicación como de comodidad muy amplio y tenia todo lo necesario para estar a gusto y tranquilos. Me ha encantado la experiencia se lo recomendare a todo el mundo que quiera ir a Barcelona.
