  About the accommodation
Unconventional, semi-private living space within this huge, 200m2 Apartment owned by Sindria, a local Barcelona painter/artist. Located in the centre of the Gothic Quarter, between Las Ramblas and the Old Port, near delightful Avinyó Street and all the cool, fashion boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants of this area. Guests at the Old Town House share the main entrance door with the flat's owner. Once inside the property, there is a separate area for guests, providing total privacy. The 70m2 guests' Apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably. The main bedroom, with its own secure door lock, has a queen-size bed. There is also a kitchen and a complete bathroom for your sole use, not shared with any other guests. In addition, there is a living room with a fold-out sofa bed which sleeps 2. A great place to stay, right next to chilled-out George Orwell square, decorated with a local artist's taste. It is the perfect option for those wishing to get to know the local culture a little better but enjoying their own space. A pleasant 5-minute stroll along Ample Street will take you to Drassanes Metro station (Line 3). REFUNDABLE 200€ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment). Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Esta en la zona antigua de Barcelona en pleno centro, Un poco ruidoso el sabado por la noche al estar localizado entre los pubs, pero lo agradable de la estancia hace que no importe el ruido. la casa una preciosidad, eso si solo por dentro. Lo recomiendo es un sitio excelente, y la señora de la casa muy maja. SUPER LIMPIO.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The apartement was beautiful with its old gothic style architechture. The lady who owned the apartement was so welcoming and lovely...nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is a 5 minute walk from the Ramblas and a 15 minute walk from the beach. The Old Town House is excellent value for money. We will definately stay thee again.

Appartement tres agreable,décoré avec soin,proprietaire sympa et discrete,situation geographique parfaite pour un we a Barcelone..Ideal pour 2,3 personnes..un peu juste à 4 mais tt a fait vivable...

This apartment is beautiful and much bigger than we first thought. The woman who owns the place met us on time and was lovely. It is nice to wake up and have a coffee on the balcony and you do have a full working kitchen should you ever need to make anything. The area that the apartment is in, is lively and full of the best independent shops and bars. I had a great time there and definitely would like to return.
