  About the accommodation
Cosy 30m2 private apartment located in Barcelona's most vibrant neighbourhood, ideal for a couple or a group of up to 3 friends. This modern, completely refurbished apartment is on the third floor of a 100-year-old building in multicultural Raval, a 2-minute walk from Las Ramblas and a couple of blocks away from the Museum of Contemporary Art (MACBA), a striking recent addition to the city's bold architecture. The apartment is tastefully decorated and retains some original features such as wooden beams and Venetian-style painted walls. It is an open space with a double bed plus one single sofa bed. In addition there is a fully fitted kitchen, a modern bathroom, a balcony, TV set, fan and heating. The apartment's central location is ideal for exploring the city. Public transport connections are excellent with Liceu Metro station (Line 3) a couple of minutes away plus urban trains and regional rail services from nearby Plaza Catalunya, plus a wealth of bus routes.The Raval district, on the left side of Las Ramblas is a lively, bustling, inner city area where the traditional mixes with the new giving the area a distinctive urban vibe. The neigbourhood is packed with a wealth of world food stores, traditional restaurants, hip bars and a street market that sells anything from up-and-coming designer fashion to comfy, hand-made hammocks.

El apartamento reune buenas condiciones y limpieza. Está ubicado en zona centrica. El único inconveniente es el mal estado de las escaleras, aunque ya se están reparando.

Supernettes, sehr ruhiges Appartment. Bad, Dusche und Toilette ganz neu und modern. Die vier Etagen zu Fuss hoch sind sportlich herausfordernd. Sehr zentrale Lage, die Strasse selbst ist vielleicht nichts für ängstliche Gemüter.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, solo que las escaleras daban un poco de miedo si tenian que subir despues de tomar unas cervezas.

Appartement propre, literie confortable et pas de buit. De quoi passer un bon WE. c'est un bon rapport qualité prix. L'immeuble ne paye pas de mine d'extérieur mais l'appart a très bien été restauré. On nous a informé d'être prudent dans ce quartier pour les vols, mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème.

Accomodation excellent in the field of location;near to Ramblas.Good for tourists looking for a "taste of Barcelona".
