  About the accommodation
Bright, attractive 25m2 private apartment located in Barcelona's most vibrant neighbourhood, ideal for a couple or a group of up to 3 people. This modern, completely refurbished apartment occupies the fourth floor of a 100-year-old building in multicultural Raval, a 2-minute walk from Las Ramblas and a couple of blocks away from the Museum of Contemporary Art (MACBA), a striking recent addition to the city's bold architecture. The apartment is tastefully decorated and retains some original features such as wooden beams and Venetian-style painted walls. It is an open space with two sofa-beds, one double (futon) and one single. In addition there is a fully fitted kitchen, a modern bathroom, a balcony, TV set, a fan and central heating for the cooler winter months. The apartment's central location is ideal for exploring the city. Public transport connections are excellent with Liceu metro station (Line 3) a couple of minutes away plus urban trains and regional rail services from nearby Plaza Catalunya, plus a wealth of bus routes.The Raval district, on the left side of Las Ramblas is a lively, bustling, inner city area where the traditional mixes with the new giving the area a distinctive urban vibe. The neigbourhood is packed with a wealth of world food stores, traditional restaurants, hip bars and a street market that sells anything from up-and-coming designer fashion to comfy, hand-made hammocks.

Trés bien situé pour visiter, trés agréable pour deux; equipement cuisine un peu trop sommaire.

Nous avons eu la très bonne idée de choisir un logement en centre ville, car le soir c'est appréciable de pouvoir rentrer chez soit rapidement. Le petit surcout (pour habiter en plein centre ville et s'éviter des temps de trajets inutiles) en vaut vraiment la peine. A notre arrivée,MOISES souriant, nous a très bien accueilli. Il nous a fait visiter le logement, qu'il venait juste de nettoyer.Nous étions ravis de la propreté et de l'hygiène du studio loué. La barrière de la langue n'a pas été un grand obstacle et l'essentiel a été vite compris par chacun d'entre nous. Le confort était présent. Qu'il était agréable de savoir qu'une fois franchi la porte de l'appartement, à seulement deux minutes de marches nous nous trouvions sur la Rambla entre la place Christophe Colomb et la place Catalan. Trois jours de folie qu'il faut renouveler dés que possible.

propriétaire très sympathique. Pas de nuisances sonores grace au double vitrage. Très bon emplacement, tout près des Ramblas. Logement très bien entretenu. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

The accomodation is perfectly located in the centre and near the Ramblas. The owner of the apartment welcomed us very friendly. Although the neighdourhood seems to suffer some social problems it is quite save and we alway felt secure. If you like to cook you have all possibilities in the apartment and its only a 5 minutes walk to Boqueria market were you get the freshest ingredients.
