  About the accommodation
Large, newly refurbished 5-bedroom, private apartment in the Eixample neighbourhood. Perfect for a group of friends or family of up to 10 people.  This is a great part of the city – full of shops, restaurants, bars and cool nightlife options. Just a 10-minute walk above the tourist fray of the Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter, this is a neighbourhood where locals eat, drink and live. Its proximity to Urgell Metro station (Line 1) and to many bus routes will allow you to relax on the sand of Barceloneta Beach after a 15-minute ride. This 100m2 apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with a lift. It has 3 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each; a large bedroom with 3 single beds and a third bedroom with 1 single bed. There a 2 modern bathrooms, a fully equiped kitchen, a lovely living room with sofas and a dining table which seats up to 10 people. The apartment is tastefully decorated with brand new furniture, beds and accessories. Cancellation PolicyCancelling with less than 7 days notice and no shows will result in a charge for the first night (including taxes). REFUNDABLE 200€ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200€ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).

Appartement bien situé très proche d'une boulangerie et grande surface et du métro. Table salle à manger trop petite pour 10 adultes (8 ok pas plus).

Logement très bien situé dans Barcelone et très agréable. Il manque cependant de vaisselle et de place pour les repas!

Nosotras fuimos 5 personas y nos arreglamos muy bien (no hicimos comida alguna)pero creo que la sala y la cocina son muy pequeñas para más personas.La sala pequeña hasta para 5.No había papel higiénico. Por lo demás muy bien. Fuera de la multitud, bien situado cerca de autobús aeropuerto y metro.

El apartamento es muy grande y está muy bien situado, es ideal para ir grandes grupos de personas, vamos yo lo prefiero mil veces a un hotel.
