  About the accommodation
A comfortable, 3-bedroom, private apartment in bohemian Gracia, 15 minutes away from the leafy tranquility of Gaudi's Park Güell. Gracia is the youthful, arty neighbourhood just above Diagonal Avenue and classy Passeig de Gracia. This 90m2 spacious apartment sleeps 6 people comfortably in its 3 luminous rooms - 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a third room with 2 single beds and a sofa. There is also a kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, 1 complete bathroom, plus another bathroom with toilet and sink. The building has a lift. If you walk 5 minutes from the flat you will find Fontana metro station (Line 3), which will take you to Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas in about 9 minutes. Gracia is a maze of narrow streets and small squares with a villagey atmosphere where visitors meet local residents in the neighbourhood's charming squares to enjoy a drink and look at the world go by. It is full of authentic, original shops – arts and crafts, fashion boutiques, restaurants and bars and the Gelateria in Plaça de la revolució, the best ice-cream shop in Barcelona! Cancellation Policy: Cancelling with less than 7 days notice and no shows will result in a charge for the first night (including taxes). REFUNDABLE 200€ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200€ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).

Die Wohnung war einfach zu finden und hat unseren Ansprüchen voll genügt. Sehr gut fand ich das frische Handtücher vorhanden waren und alles zum kochen da war.

Die Zimmer sind schön, leider ist die Wohnung etwas dunkel. Die Küche ist gut zu benützen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal.
