  About the accommodation
Attractive, modern 45m2 apartment for up to 5 people located in the heart of Barcelona, just a few metres from Las Ramblas. The colourful sights, sounds and smells of the Boquería Market, Plaza Catalunya, the Liceu theatre, MACBA (the city's modern contemporary museum) and beautiful Plaza Reial are less than 5 minutes away. This square is a delightful place, housing beneath its arches several tapas bars, cafés and restaurants. You can have a drink there at the terrace café after a hard day exploring the city. The apartment is up-to-date and very well equipped with TV, DVD and CD player, a modern, fully-fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. In the living room you will find a double sofa-bed and a pouffe (a thick sleeping cushion for 1 person). There is another area with a balcony and two single beds separated from the living room by a folding screen. It is an ideal location, in a lively neighbourhood packed with cafés, bars, restaurants and boutiques, perfect for those looking to enjoy a comfortable stay and be at the heart of the action.

L'appartement était parfait ! Très propre, complètement meublé (draps, vaisselle, literie,...). Sa situation à côté de la Place Reial, des Ramblas, proche du port et de la Place Cataluna est vraiment un atout. Bref, je le conseille !!!

Le logement est très bien même si ce n'est pas exactement celui que l'on voit sur les photos. Petit pb d'isolation phonique. Très bon emplacament.Agréable.

Installer des fermetures automatiques des portes de palier pour limiter le bruit. Indiquer que la rue Ferran est interdite à la circulation à certains moments. Indiquer le nom des parkings sur la Rambla.
