  About the accommodation
Bright, central 30m2 private apartment in the vibrant heart of Barcelona, ideal for a family or a group of friends of up to 4 persons. It has been recently refurbished and is situated on the third floor of a 100-year-old building in the Raval area, 2 minutes' walk from Las Ramblas and Liceu metro station (Line 3). The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 single sofa beds in the living room can accommodate two more extra guests. In addition, there is a fully fitted kitchen and a complete bathroom located outside in the gallery. Therefore we recommend bringing a robe and slippers during winter time. The apartment has heating, a fan and TV. It is tastefully decorated, retaining some original features such as wooden beams on the ceiling and Venetian-style woodchip designs on the walls. A lot of interesting sites are just a few minutes away from the flat - Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter, the uber-cool contemporary art museum (MACBA), the cathedral.... The Port Vell area and the beach are a 15-minute stroll along the quay and the tempting seafood restaurants that dot the promenade along the smart marina. The Raval district, on the left side of Las Ramblas is a lively, and diverse inner city area bustling with bars, restaurants, and world food stores as well as hip, modern bars and clubs and more traditional Catalan and Spanish stores, bars and eateries, all with a distinctive urban vibe.

the place was great and the owner was very nice... the location was very central but at times scary... once inside it was so tranquil you forgot all about the front street.. the laundry and kitchen was great!! definitly would come again... thanks!

Clean,small very convenient location. No real windows in bedroom so would only want close family to share flat. Charming landlord. Interesting view from balcony! Good value, thank you.

Le Cool is right: "If Las Ramblas is the tracks, El Ravel is on the wrong side of them" but that is the beauty of Polmarc Apt. B. The apt. is smallish, but secure and clean with several unexpected conveniences, like the clothes washer. It is VERY centrally located, near two metro stops, great restos, cafes and bars. It is discreet in a very indiscreet barri. C/ San Pau is well-lit and relatively safe (at least until midnight). Especially enjoyed watching los gatitos romp in the interior courtyard from the balcony.

Lendroit corresppobdrait mieux aus attentes damateurs de filles de joie car le rue San Pau au 59 est les lieux de racollage des prostitués. Cest un peu une douche froide le jour de larrivée.

L'appartement est d'une trés grande propreté. Tout est neuf et fonctionnel. Seul le quartier vous surprendra. Je reprendrai le mçme la prochaine fois.
