The cosy, 40m2 Paralelo-3 Apartment sleeps up to four people in a great location just off Avenida Paral·lel, a bustling avenue just 10 minutes' walk from Las Ramblas and the historic old town, and within easy reach from Plaça Catalunya, Plaça Espanya, Montjuïc and the Old Port area.
In this excellent location, you are just a short walk away from the Old Port and the amazing Maritime Museum which is housed in a beautiful medieval shipyard. Nearby, the statue of Colon stands at the foot of Las Ramblas. For late night entertainment, the Apolo is a popular dance club right near the apartment and the trendy Raval area offers plenty of great options. The apartment has been recently redecorated with brand new furniture and sleeps a maximum of four people – two in a double room with a king-size bed and two more on a double sofa-bed in the living room where there is a TV with DVD and CD. It has a complete bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and coffee making facilities. The apartment has a lift and air conditioning and heating. Towels and fresh linens are provided. The area where the apartment is located has very good transport links and is right next to Parallel metro station (lines 2 and 3). A superb little flat with a great location and personality! |

Appartement bien situé à deux pas des ramblas. Déco contemporaine, literie confortable, bon état de fonctionnement. Accueil chaleureux. L'appartement ne donne pas directement sur l'Avenida Paralel mais sur une petite rue peu passante ce qui permet d'être plus au calme. L'Air conditionné est appreciable.
Le metro est tout proche. Vraiment un bon compromis! |

sehr günstig gelegene ferienwohnung, um barcelona per fuß zu erkunden, metro- station in 2 min. zu erreichen, restaurants und frühstückcafes in reicher auswahl in der nähe der wohnung |

Das Appartment ist etwas abgewohnt aber sauber, hell und freundlich. Sehr zentrale Lage (nur 5 Minuten zu den Ramplas). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nächster Umgebung vorhanden. Die nahe Hauptverkehrsstrasse ist recht laut und die Bar gegenüber tut auch das ihrige dazu (ist halt eine Millionenmetropole). Der Respresentant vor Ort (Herr Diego) spricht ein gutes Englisch und hilft mit vielen Tips weiter.
Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher mal wieder. |
