The spacious, sunny 100m2 St Joan Atic private apartment, has an enviable 40m2 terrace perfect for breakfast al fresco, and is located near the Ciutadella Park, Arc de Triomf and Born, the trendiest neighbourhood in Barcelona, Spain. The apartment is near lots of Barcelona's famous sites: Las Ramblas, the Old Port, Barceloneta beach, Picasso Museum, and Plaza Catalunya - all walking distance. The Born area is full of restaurants, bars, nightlife options and uber-cool boutiques. Walking down C/Comerc, restaurant Comerc 24 is possibly the hottest tapas spot in the city (and the priciest), but don’t expect the typical olives, jamón (cured ham) and cheese, this place serves nouveau tapas with flair. The Chocolate Museum is a great place to get your morning coffee and indulge in a chocolate filled butter croissant. The flat sleeps 4 people comfortably - there is 1 large double bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the living room. It receives lots of natural light from its massive terrace where you will be able to enjoy gorgeous views of the city while you sip your morning coffee. There is also a complete kitchen with its great exposed brick walls, a fully fitted bathroom and a living room with sofas, dining table and TV. Classically decorated with a wooden parquet floor, it defines Barcelona style. Metro stop "Plaza Tetuan" is nearby which is a very short ride to the historic centre and the Ramblas in 2 stops. Please note the apartment is on the top floor and does not have a lift. Our most spacious 4-person apartment in a fantastic location.
REFUNDABLE 200¤ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200¤ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment). |

It would of been good to undersatnd the stairs in their entirity, as an older person would not of been able to climb, we took 2 cases up stairs and were very tired out, a clear message would of swayed us to avoid this |

el atico esta genial, ideal para pasar un fin de semana hasta 5 personas, el unico inconveniente es que no hay ascensor y son 6 pisos. por lo demás perfecto. |

Die Lage ist echt super und die Dachterrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick über die Dächer von Barcelona. Tagsüber kann man sogar das Meer sehen. Sauberkeit: Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und es waren auch genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Alles im allem eine runde Sache. Für den Preis lohnt es sich allemal. |

Das beste an der Unterkunft war die wirklich zentrale Lage, sowohl zu Ubahn als auch zu Fuß. Für uns vier war die Wohnung auch vom Platzangebot her voll ausreichend. Dusche usw. haben einwandfrei funktioniert. |
