  About the accommodation
The fabulous, beautifully decorated and sunny 120m2 Ferran Apartment is located in a historic building just off Las Ramblas, right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. It is perfect for groups wanting to stay in the center near all the great shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife, as well as be within walking distance to most of Barcelona's famous sites such as Las Ramblas, the Old Port, the gothic Cathedral and Plaza Catalunya. Hit the nearby beaches and relax in the warm Spanish sun listening to the breaking surf. Visit the site of the 1992 summer Olympics on Montjuïc or hit the museums such as the Miro or Picasso museums. Barcelona is full of different options for all kinds interests. Food lovers won’t be disappointed by this city’s local cuisine- Los Caracoles on Escudellers serves up the best of some local favorites, the menu even indicates the specialties of the house, most of which are not to be missed. For those of you wanting an unforgettable gastronomical experience in a building designed by Gaudi, try Casa Calvet on C/Caspe. Here the menú degustación is a sampling of chef’s suggestions, everything is fabulous. This first floor apartment sleeps 8 people comfortably but can accommodate a maximum of 9 people. The master bedroom has a large double bed and a fold-away single bed on request for kids under 12 (15€/day), another large bedroom has a bunk bed and 1 single bed, and a third semi-private bedroom containing 1 large double bed behind a separation screen of the living room. In the spacious open-plan living room there is a sofa bed that sleeps 2. After a good night's sleep, you can make coffee in the well-equipped kitchen. There is a fully renovated bathroom, and another bathroom with separate WC. The floors are typical Catalan mosaic tiles, and the sunny balconies overlook lively C/Ferran. Cancellation PolicyCancelling with less than 7 days notice and no shows will result in a charge for the first night (including taxes). REFUNDABLE 200€ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200€ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute, zentrale Lage und ist nahe an zwei Metro Stationen gelegen. Sie ist idealer Ausgangsort für unterschiedlichste Unternehmungen. Sie ist sehr geräumig eingeteilt und für 5-7 Personen ideal, da genug Aufenthaltsraum vorhanden ist. Sie ist sauber und hat eine gute Grundausstattung. Im Umfeld der Wohung befinden sich nette Geschäfte, wenn auch Richtung La Ramblas auch typisch "touristisch". Unterschiedlche Restaurants und gute Pubs und Bars zum Ausgehen, ohne weiten Nachhauseweg.

molto ben ubicato,a parte gli scippi di barcellona, frequenti in quella zona, ci hanno avvisate tutti, ma basta far attenzione, a noi non è successo niente per fortuna!!!! il ragazzo che ci ha accolte era molto gentile, la casa spaziosissima e davvero carina!! in piu davvero economica.

Da die Wohnung sehr groß ist, hat man viel Platz und hält es zumindest zu 6 eine längere Zeit sehr gut aus. Dass es zwei WCs gibt ist sehr angenehm und der Balkon ist, vorallem für Raucher, sehr toll. Auch dass man mitten in der Stadt ist, ist ein riesen Vorteil!

en plein centre du barri gothic donc très pratique mais en contrepartie un peu bruyant.Appartement très vaste et bien aménagé.Pas accessible en voiture car la rue est piétonne une bonne partie de la journée, mais possibilité de laisser son véhicule dans un parking sur la rambla

Logement idéalement situé. On peut aller a la plage à pied, près du marché de la Boqueria (y aller absolument!), près de la place Catalunya etc etc. Vraiment un appart a louer sans problèmes.
