  About the accommodation
A smart, private apartment, the Blue Apartment. Located just 100 metres from Las Ramblas - the famous tree-lined boulevard, this 40m^2 apartment is next to the Liceu Theatre and the Boqueria Market on the Ramblas. The area is full of cafes, restaurants and nightlife options.The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has lots of light and a balcony with sun. It sleeps up to 5 persons, 4 persons comfortably. The apartment has 1 Master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, a salon/living area with 2 fold-out single beds and the possibility of an extra roll-out bed to accomodate a 5th person, complete bathroom, complete kitchen, balcony with lots of sun. Cancellation PolicyCancelling with less than 7 days notice and no shows will result in a charge for the first night (including taxes). REFUNDABLE 200€ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200€ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).

appartement très sympatique, très calme et très bien situé. la literie est un peu molle, la cuisine et salle d'eau OK

Bien situé en centre ville.Proche des Ramblas (150 m).super! Par contre les voisins sont bruyants (télévision excessivement forte jusqu'à 2 heures du matin!) A part ce problème c'est bien. Bon accueil de Villem!

The apartment was basic and the rooms were small but it was warm, comfortable and clean, with everything necessary for a short stay. The stairs leading to the apartment were under renovation during our stay and this made it a bit hazardous when climbing the stairs but I'm sure that will be fine when complete.
