Spectacular Barcelona designer penthouse ‘atico’ apartment so close to the Sagrada Familia you can see it, the famous un-finished cathedral from the lounge, bedroom and the sun-filled terrace! This peaceful atic apartment has 1 master bedroom & a living room with a double sofa-bed sleeping 4 persons comfortably, this recently refurbished apartment also benefits from being just minutes from the Mediterranean sea and Barcelona's golden beaches. The location just couldn't be any better in Barcelona! The apartment's just a short stroll to the stunning Sagrada Familia Cathedral designed by Antoni Gaudi over 100 years ago and is still under construction today! The Sagrada Familia has become Spain's most visited tourist attraction and is so close-by you have a tantalising glimpse of the cathedral's distinctive towers from this exceptionally light and airy apartment. This stylish apartment with a huge sun-drenched terrace is located in the safe modernist 'Eixample' district, just a 10 minute stroll to Barcelona's sandy beach, reachable at the bottom of Calle Marina, the wide street notable by the Twin Towers you see as you fly in over the city. Here you’ll also find the lively Port Olimpico area where you can have a drink in some of the coolest Barcelona bars or go dancing in one of the chic clubs there! This enviable spot in Barcelona is near many other places, like the Parc del Fòrum, Parc Ciutadella, Barcelona Zoo, Arc del Triumf, 'Monumental' bull-ring, and the incredible Torre Agbar, Barcelona's latest architectural masterpiece with its amazing blue & red exterior night lighting. Excellent transport links are on your doorstep, ready to move you effortlessly around Barcelona, 2 metro stations are very near - 'Marina' and 'Monumental' - and many buses in Calle Marina / Gran Via Avenue take you anywhere you need to go. The lounge has double glazed windows & sliding doors along one side of the room opening onto the 60m2 terrace where you'll find a large dining table, chairs and barbecue. It has a brand new stylish open-plan fully equipped electrical kitchen with a cool breakfast bar and a shower room with luxurious stone walls and contemporary designer sink and taps. The double bedroom has a large dressing area, built-in wardrobes, double glazed windows covered with sumptuous velvet curtains ensuring a comfortable, quiet and quality nights sleep. A tranquil roof-top garden paradise in the middle of the hustle-bustle of Barcelona city centre: The perfect apartment in Barcelona to relax and sunbathe or to use as your conveniently located base for sightseeing expeditions and then to enjoy a great barbecue-dinner under the warm starry Barcelona night sky. Cancellation PolicyCancelling with less than 7 days notice and no shows will result in a charge for the first night (including taxes). 200€ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200€ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).

  Location of establishment:
Metro station 'Marina' (red line) is just a 2 minute walk, station 'Monumental' is just a 3 minute walk. Gran Via, one of Barcelona's main roads has several bus services direct from Placa Catalunya, and is also just 2 minutes away. If you're flying into Girona airport, the bus to Barcelona drops you off at 'Estacion Nord' which is just a 1 minute walk away from the apartment. If taking a taxi, and taxi's in Barcelona are very cheap and readily available, say to the taxi driver 'Ausias Marc con Marina por favor' - easy!

Beau logement. Très bien situé et très silencieux. Il faudrait juste penser à changer la table de salon de jardin qui est abimée. Nous étions 4 avec les enfants et c'était super. L'acceuil était chaleureux et le jeune homme de l'agence très sympathique.Je le recommande.

We stayd 2 nights with 3 friends in the penthouse apartment and we all thought that it was an pretty nice place. Balcony was huge and it was nice to chill there. The view was quite ordinary. The location is central but still a taxi drive from La Rambla. OK place to stay...

The appartment is very small but in a good condition and the price reasonably. As it is just on the top floor, it gets quite hot in summer time. Located at the heart of the city, it is nevertheless a good option for indipendent travellers.

Excellent location close to Metro& supermarket.Easy access to main attractions. Small but felt safe. Excellent shower!
