  About the accommodation
The hip 40m2 Green Apartment is just around the corner from the Gothic Cathedral in the Ciutat Vella of Barcelona and near loads of great bars and restaurants, not to mention the Mediterranean beaches. You can reach all the points of interest on foot from this fabulous location, including Las Ramblas, the Picasso Museum and Plaza Catalunya. Great restaurants are located within the vicinity. Bars are also within close reach, but far enough away that you won’t be woken up by the crowds when the bars close (which won’t matter to you if you’re part of that crowd). The Raval has a number of great cocktail bars, one in particular was the favourite of Picasso - Boadas on the corner of Las Ramblas and Tallers. Dos Trece on Calle Hospital serves up inventive drinks to a mixed international crowd. The apartment has one private room with a double bed (for two persons), plus a double sofa bed in saloon for two extra persons.  A small apartment in a great location which doesn’t get more central! Cancellation PolicyCancelling with less than 7 days notice and no shows will result in a charge for the first night (including taxes). REFUNDABLE 200€ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200€ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).

Located in the Gothic quarter, two streets to the Cathedral. 5 minutes walking distance to Plaza Cataluña, Las Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia (with Gaudí's houses and Modernist Route), Gotic quarter, Old Port. 15 minutes walking to Barceloneta Beach. Great metro, bus (day and night), and train transport to Beaches and from/to Airport, taxis. URQUINAONA metro station (yellow line and red line) 3 minutes from the apartment.

Idéalement placé (5 min place Catalogne, 5 min Ramblas), par contre appartement très sombre.

appartement bien situé dans Barcelone, tous les déplacements se font à pied. Un peu sombre mais pas important si que pour dormir..

Accogliente,senz'altro centrale,ma forse una rinfrescata all'appartamento non farebbe male. Comunque rimane un giudizio positivo.

The accomodation looked better on the pictures when i booked it but in general it was satisfying, in really good location, appartement included everything we needed. Thank you
