  About the accommodation
The 50m2 Praktik Apartment is the perfect place for a couple to stay in the centre of Barcelona in its elegant Eixample district and enjoy all that the city has to offer. Down the Passeig de Gràcia is Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter, the city’s historic heritage. Also walking distance from the apartment are several works by home grown architect Gaudí: the Pedrera, Casa Batlló and Sagrada Familia. Just around the corner is the famous Passeig de Gràcia, the home of innumerable shops catering to anywhere from high end shoppers to deal hunters. Nearby Calle Girona is also great for real bargains, with several outlet shops lining this street. The apartment has heating, air-conditioning, fans, a washing machine, TV, hair dryer, there is a luggage storage office, internet access, a refrigerator, microwave oven and a dish washer.
