  About the accommodation
The attractive 50m2 Mercaders Apartment 1 can sleep 5 comfortably and up to 7 total and has a terrific location right in the heart of Barcelona, just steps from the beautiful Cathedral and very near Las Ramblas in the historic Gothic Quarter. Just around the corner from the Picasso Museum, this ideal location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. Just one metro stop from the beach and Old Port, you can be sunning yourself in minutes. On the cusp of the hip Born neighbourhood, this is the place to be for its great nightlife. There are innumerable bars and restaurants in this area, not to mention a few dance clubs. It is also the ideal place for shopping addicts, with very original boutiques with the hippest new styles. The apartment has a total of three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two twins and another with a single bed. Another couple can stay in the pull out sofa bed in the living room. It has a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and a table and chairs in the living/dining room. There is also a washing machine, TV, heating and a balcony. Great apartment in a super central location!

el apartamento bien situado, el unico inconveniente es el baño,que es muy pequeño y dificil de ducharse, las escaleras super peligrosas, pero en general, para un fin de semana esta bien, y su ubicacion perfecta.

Quartier calme se trouvant dans le centre ville. Logement décent avec comme option, faire sa propre cuisine. Sympathie de la personne s'occupant de l'appartement.

The apartment was very good and had everything we needed for the 5 of us on our 3 day stay. Some of the bulbs went which was no real drama as we weren't there during the night times and our shower was fix as we were told it would be so we were very happy with what we got. It was sa pleasant surprise as we were expecting alot less. Would recommend to anyone!

I liked the apartment.It was centrally located but a little noisy at night.The only problem was that the bathroom was very small and could use a little updating.I would stay here again.

non molto adatto per sette persone,e con un bagno piccolissimo;se si vive la vacanza freneticamente cioè dormi fai la doccia e poi via , allora è perfetto ; a 50 metri dalla vita turistica dalla metrò a 400 circa dal mare e dalla ramblas
