The Liceu Studios have an excellent location in a privileged tourist area of Barcelona, the Raval, and is just 20 metres from the famous Ramblas and the beautiful Liceu Opera House. There are 16 studios located in an XVIII century building which was completely renovated in 2007. The building conveniently has an elevator, something which is pretty much unthinkable in the Old Town of Barcelona. There is public transport very close to the building.
Every studio has been renovated with style and class. Each one can accommodate up to four people, either in a double bed or in two single beds, and two individual sofa beds in the living room. There is also a completely furnished kitchen, a full bath with shower, and beautiful parquet flooring. Fresh linens are available to guests. Other comforts include the TV, DVD, air conditioning and heating so it’s a perfect place to stay any time of the year. The Raval is one of the rising stars in Barelona. This multicultural area is vibrant and throbbing with tourists and natives alike because its tapas bars, cafes, restaurants and fashionable shops have an irresistible draw. The nightlife in this area is legendary. You can easily walk to many of the city’s places of interest including the Boqueria market, MACBA contemporary art museum and the Palau Guell to name a few. Quality and comfort in the heart of Barcelona! Important: REFUNDABLE 200 euros security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either provide credit card details (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200 euros in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment). Standard check-in time is 14:00. Standard check-out time is 11:00. Other check in times can be arranged. Check-in after 20:00 is 25€ extra. Check-in later than 24:00h is not allowed. |

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ordentlich gewesen. Auch die zentrale Lage ist super! Jedoch für unsere Verhältnisse war es etwas zu hellhörig und zu laut in der Wohnung(ziemlich viele Jugendliche). |

demander au proprietaire d'aménager quelques tablettes dans la salle de bain,car les dames ont toujours beaucoup de petits ustensiles et produits |

Sehr zentral gelegen!
Minimale Ausrüstung: Kein Teesieb; nur ein Mini Küchentuch für 5 Tage; nur 1 Schlüssel. Mühsames Warten bei der Wohnungsübergabe: Unpünktlich! |
