  About the accommodation
The Diputacio Apartments are a comfortable one-, two, or three-bedroom apartments located in the Eixample area, close to charming Passeig de Gracia and 5 minutes' walk from Plaça Catalunya and the buzz of Las Ramblas. If you are interested in Barcelona’s Modernist art and architecture movement (one of the most well known architects from this movement is Antoni Gaudi), you won’t have to go far, because the apartment is located in a Modernist building constructed in 1920. Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia cathedral is an excellent example of this movement and is a short walk away from the apartment. The Eixample district is full of high end shopping and excellent restaurants and is a short walk away from the Old Town and Raval, which is full of art galleries and exhibitions in the CCCB and MACBA (2 contemporary art centres) for you culture vultures. The apartments can accommodate 2-5 people depending on the size. There is a living room, fully fitted bathroom and kitchen, a balcony plus air conditioning, central heating, TV and DVD. It is also well served by public transport with Passeig de Gracia metro (line 2) and Rail station a couple of minutes away. A welcoming and relaxing place in the heart of the Modernist neighbourhood. Important: REFUNDABLE 200 euros security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either provide credit card details (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200 euros in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment). Standard check-in time is 14:00. Standard check-out time is 11:00. Other check in times can be arranged. Check-in after 20:00 is 25€ extra. Check-in later than 24:00h is not allowed.

In the Eixample. 1 minute walk to Passeig de Gracia (Modernist Route, Gaudi's buildings). 5 minutes' walk to Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Gothic Quarter. 15 minutes walk to Sagrada familia (Gaudi-designed cathedral), Old Port and Barcelona beaches. As it is in the centre, there are good connections with all the city by underground, buses (day and night). Direct train to/from Airport / Plaça Catalunya

the smaller apartments are too small for four people. ideal location.

Appartement mal équipé.1 seule serviette de toilette pour 5 jours de location ! Pas de linge de table.

appartement bien situé trés propre en bon état,rapport qualité prix trés bon un seul bemol a été la réception,en effet ne connaisant pas barcelone nous sommes arrivées avec un peu de retard (nous nous sommes trompées de direction ) le jeune homme qui nous attendait n'a pas été des plus agréable avec nous c'est le seul repproche! tout le reste a été super

The apartment was in a great location. Clean, comfortable and secure. Only one complaint,the DVD/CD player did not work and we had to telephone the office numerous times to report this. On our last day, someone came to replace it.

Tolle Lage, nette Einrichtung. Etwas laut, aber nicht lebensgefährlich. Preis-Leistung echt in Ordnung!
