  About the accommodation
The 50m2 Calders Apartments are the height of hipness and fashion for its location and décor in central Barcelona. The Born area is packed with loads of boutiques with the newest designs from trend-setting Barcelona designers. Custo is just one of the famous names in this area. Gourmet shops are chocked full of Spanish specialties and delights which serve as great gifts for those stuck back at home. Michelin-starred restaurant Hoffman is located in the Born, if your wallet permits (reserve well beforehand). If cheap and cheerful is more your style, there are numerous options for tapas such as the Xampanyet and Tavern del Born. The popular Picasso Museum is just up Calle Montcada, a street with former residences of Counts and Barons. The Old Town, Las Ramblas, gothic Cathedral and beach are all within easy reach of this area. Those stylish studio lofts located in fashionable Born area can accommodate up to 4 people in 1 double bed and 1 double sofa-bed. They have a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen and a comfortable living room. The apartments have been recently decorated in a contemporary design, giving it a warm, Mediterranean feel. The room has a view of the Passeig del Born, a charming, tree-lined boulevard which once was the site of jousts and other medieval events. Beautiful studio apartments with a perfect location: who could as for more? Important: REFUNDABLE 200 euros security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either provide credit card details (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200 euros in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment). Standard check-in time is 14:00. Standard check-out time is 11:00. Other check in times can be arranged. Check-in after 20:00 is 25€ extra. Check-in later than 24:00h is not allowed.

In Passeig del Born, in the Gotic Quarter a short walk to Las Ramblas, a slightly longer walk to Plaça Catalunya and a bit further to Passeig de Gracia (Modernist Route and Gaudí's buildings) 3 minutes to Old Port and Barceloneta beach. Well connected by underground and buses to whole city.

logement simple, pour 3 voir 4 personnes. Très très bien situé, en plein dans le quartier el Born, en plein centre historique.

The accommodation was excellent. Well located, clean and equipped with everything we needed in a small kitchen. The fact tbat tbere is a well stocked supermarket less than 5 minutes away makes it even better.

bon logement, très bien placé dans la ville, sanitaires et douches en bon fonctionnement et propre, vraiment un bon plan. Pour des gens simples n'ayant pas des gouts de luxe voulant être en centre ville à un bon prix et dans un endroit propre c'est le bon choix

Les plus:Bien situé, facile d'accès, ascenceur bienvenu et mode d'accès sécurisé.Lit confortable. Agencement agréable. Les moins:Ménage pas fait à fond. Fauteuils qui grincent à en gêner les voisins. Télé brouillée.
