  About the accommodation
The St Miquel Luxury Apartments are 9 brand new Barcelona apartments located in a charming building in the bohemian Gracia, near the smart Passeig de Gràcia and within easy walking distance of Modernist architectural buildings of interest in Barcelona. Between the affluent Sant Gervasi area and arty Gracia, the apartments are ideally located, only 2 short metro stops away from the city centre and Las Ramblas. Gracia, with its charming squares and narrow streets full of bars, restaurants, art galleries and quirky little shops has a village feel. In fact, it was once a village unto itself, completely separate from Barcelona and with its own city hall still standing in the beautiful Plaça Rius i Taulet, with its imposing clock tower. You are also a 10-minute walk from the swish Passeig de Gràcia, lined with fabulous modernist buildings such as Gaudí's Casa Batlló and La Pedrera, two of the most important sites in Barcelona, as well as designer shops and upscale restaurants. The apartments are located in a building with lift, right next to Gracia station which is 2 stops from Plaça Catalunya and the top of Las Ramblas. There are one-, two- or three-bedroom apartments sleeping 2, 5 or 7 people comfortably. All of them have a balcony overlooking a pedestrian-only street, high ceilings, wooden floors and lots of natural light making them a pleasant place to stay. TV, stereo, & international TV channels are ready for your enjoyment. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette and a full bathroom. Modern, comfortable apartments with an unbeatable location. Important: REFUNDABLE 200 euros security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either provide credit card details (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200 euros in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment). Standard check-in time is 14:00. Standard check-out time is 11:00. Other check in times can be arranged. Check-in after 20:00 is 25€ extra. Check-in later than 24:00h is not allowed.

Just next to the urban train station GRACIA (FGC), which is one stop (7 minutes) from Plaça Catalunya and the top of the Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. A 3 minute walk to Diagonal street and Passeig de Gracia, where fashionable shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife options abound.

The accommodation was exactly what we expected - clean, comfortable and within walking distance of the city centre & Metro. We had a very enjoyable stay & would recommend it to anyone seeking similar accommodation.

Verry clean and comfortable. At the picture it was a big terasse with beatyful table and chairs. In reality it was a verry small balcony without any table and chairs.

Die Unterkunft war in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand. Alles Bestens! Sogar ein Bäcker war gleich um die Ecke.

Barcelona ist mehr als eine Reise wert und ich würde die St. Miguel Luxury Appartments jederzeit wieder buchen. Diese Appartments sind absolut so wie am Internet angegeben - ausgesprochen sauber, sehr geräumig. Der Standort ist absolut optimal zum Erkunden der Stadt.

der lärmpegel im haus ist sehr hoch, vielleicht hilft ja eine freundlich formulierte bitte an die bewohner (eine amerikanische urlaubergruppe war's in unserem fall), sich im stiegenhaus rücksichtsvoll zu benehmen. na ja. die eingangstüre fällt ebenfalls mit unglaublichem lärm ins schloss, das müßte sich mit wenig aufwand beheben lassen. aber ansonsten war's wirklich super.
