  About the accommodation
The Apartments Passeig de Gracia are lovely one or three bedroom apartments located at the heart of Barcelona’s most popular shopping street, Passeig de Gracia, with Gaudi’s famous building, La Pedrera just a few metres away. Perfect for a special break in the Catalan capital. The location is unbeatable, situated in the exclusive Diagonal area with all of its designer shops, trendy bars and quality restaurants. If you are looking for a little luxury, this is the place for you! These newly refurbished one bedroom apartments measure 65m2 and are bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows and the balcony which runs the whole length of the flats. The apartments sleep 2 to 4 people in 2 single beds and a double sofa bed in the spacious living room. The three bedroom apartments are spacious and sunny; they measure 95m2 and are ideal for families and groups of friends. They sleep 4 to 8 people, in single and double beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. All of the apartments have a full bathroom with a hairdryer and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, iron, toaster, washing machine and kettle. Heating and air conditioning are available as well as a TV and DVD player and children under the age of 5 may stay free of charge. The modern decor and wonderful new furniture offer total comfort. Luxurious apartments at the heart of Gaudi’s Barcelona! Important: - During check in guests are asked to supply credit card details OR leave a deposit of 150 euros in cash to cover any damage that may occur to the apartment during your stay. If you choose to leave a cash deposit, the full amount will be returned to you after the flat has been inspected on your departure. - Groups of 6 or more people are asked for a security deposit of 50 euros per person. - Arrivals between 23:00 y and 01:00 will be subject to an extra charge of 25 euros; after 01.00 this charge goes up to 40 euros. Arrivals after 03.00 will need to be previously arranged and agreed to with the establishment.

Grande disponibilità dello staff, ottima ubicazione degli appartamenti e prezzo corretto. Tutto come sperato. Da consigliare come alternativa all'hotel.
