  About the accommodation
The beautifully renovated and truly elegant Apartamentos Villarroel are the perfect Barcelona lodging, apartments for 2 to 4 people to enjoy all the luxuries of home while being very close to many of the major attractions in this exciting city such as Plaça Espanya and Fira de Barcelona fairground, Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya and more! Around the corner from Plaça Espanya, visitors will be dazzled by the must see Magic Fountain music and water spectacular every night in summer. Also on Montjuïc, visitors can see the 1992 Olympic Stadium, visit the Miró Museum and see some of the most spectacular views overlooking Barcelona. In the other direction, in 10 minutes you are at the Passeig de Gracia, home of 2 of the most spectacular Gaudi creations. Just down from the building toward the sea, the Raval district is where the city’s two great art galleries, MACBA and CCCB, are located. A further five minutes from this area you will be in the heart of Barcelona at the spectacular and bizarre Ramblas, with its many sites and sounds, from hen nights, to animals, to street performers, this street always delivers entertainment! These modern apartments have sleek clean lines, lots of light and a modern design. All have fully fitted kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and washing machine. There is also heating and air-con and the bathroom has a shower and bath tub where you can enjoy a long soak after pounding the pavement all day. Feel like kicking back after a long day? Bring some DVDs to watch on the TV in the living room. The apartments also have internet and WIFI access. So if it pleasure, business or leisure these apartments are located perfectly. Superb location for the business or tourist travelers in Barcelona! Important: - During check in guests are asked to supply credit card details OR leave a deposit of 150 euros in cash to cover any damage that may occur to the apartment during your stay. If you choose to leave a cash deposit, the full amount will be returned to you after the flat has been inspected on your departure. - Groups of 6 or more people are asked for a security deposit of 50 euros per person. - Arrivals between 23:00 y and 01:00 will be subject to an extra charge of 25 euros; after 01.00 this charge goes up to 40 euros. Arrivals after 03.00 will need to be previously arranged and agreed to with the establishment.

wohnung sehr gut/ sauber / betten sehr bequem/ sehr laute strasse mit verkehr die ganze nacht/ alles bequem zu fuss zu erreichen (zentrum ca 20 Min)/ gute infos an ort

I thought that the accomodation was great.very clean and modern and homely. Having iron, hairdryer and a fully equipted kitchen was a bonus. lovely modern bathroom. Nice decor throughout. It was very close to the city centre so convenient for visiting local tourist atractions..The only negative thing I could report is that it was on route to the hospital and we would be woken up by the ambulance sirens at any time of the night.

The apartment was exactly as it looked in the photos so it was a relief to see as sometimes one thing is shown and another is found.Would recommend it to anyone i know.
