  About the accommodation
The Apartamentos Mallorca is a group of gorgeous and modern apartments with an unbeatable location on the Passeig de Gracia, the shopping street par excellence in Barcelona, where you will also find impressive modernist buildings, such as Gaudi’s house La Pedrera. Just down the street is Barcelona’s centre, the Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas, an easy walk from the apartments. Theatres, restaurants, bars, and clubs line the Passeig de Gracia down to Plaça Catalunya: there is no shortage of entertainment in this city. The Gothic Quarter is also walking distance with the small winding medieval street and the city’s magnificent gothic Cathedral. The city’s other cathedral, still a work in progress, Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia, is also a short distance from the building. This truly is an ideal location from which you can explore the city! These well-appointed apartments can sleep anywhere from 4 to 6 or 7 people in 3 bedrooms with single or double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Nicely furnished, the flats enjoy natural light and elegant hard wood flooring. The flats have internet access, DVD, TV. There is a kitchen with everything you’ll need: a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, cooker, kettle and coffee maker. There is also heating. A truly excellent location on Barcelona’s chic Passeig de Gracia!Important: - During check in guests are asked to supply credit card details OR leave a deposit of 150 euros in cash to cover any damage that may occur to the apartment during your stay. If you choose to leave a cash deposit, the full amount will be returned to you after the flat has been inspected on your departure.- Groups of 6 or more people are asked for a security deposit of 50 euros per person. - Arrivals between 23:00 y and 01:00 will be subject to an extra charge of 25 euros; after 01.00 this charge goes up to 40 euros. Arrivals after 03.00 will need to be previously arranged and agreed to with the establishment.

Toole Unterkunft mit super Lage, gleich neben der Cracia(Prunk Einkaufstrasse) und nur wenige Gehminuten von den Ramblas.

Sistemazione perfetta, non troppo lontana dalla movida, pulita e confortevole.

El apartamento nada que decir todo bien.El unico problema que habia con el es que al lado hay un teatro en restauracion.En consecuencia a partir de las 8 un ruido infernal.Para un fin de semana todavia podia tolerarse.El apartamento en question esta situado en la calle ..Leopoldo alas n8...Gracias por todo.Sergi
