  About the accommodation
The Ramblas – Cofferdam Apartment measures 90m2 and is located in the centre of Barcelona in the old part of the city, known as the Gothic neighbourhood. Ideal accommodation for visiting all the places of interest that the city has to offer, such as the Ramblas and Passeig Colom next to the port. The Ramblas – Cofferdam has 3 double rooms with twin beds, although there is the possibility of adding an extra single bed in each of the rooms (on request), accommodating up to 9 people. All of the rooms have large windows and look out over the Ramblas and the port. The apartment also has 2 complete bathrooms, a dining room with a table for 6 people and an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and 4 stools, a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. This apartment is all outward facing and therefore receives a lot of natural Light. Furthermore, it has wooden flooring, eclectic heaters, fans, a TV, a Hi-fi and 2 armchairs which turn into beds. The apartment is situated in a building with a security system with intercom. A large, sunny apartment with all modern conveniences located in the old part of Barcelona city centre. Note: REFUNDABLE 200€ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200€ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment). Cancellation Policy Cancelling with less than 7 days notice and no shows will result in a charge for the first night (including taxes).

Very close to places of interest such as: the Ramblas, Passig Colom, the Cathedral, the Boqueria indoor market, the Picasso museum, the Santa Maria del Mar church, e.t.c. The nearest metro station is called Drassanes with line 3. Bus numbers 14, 36, 57, 59, 64, 91 ,157, and 120 also stop near the apartment.

Really nice accommodation. Very central. Plenty of Space. Good facilities. Clean. Would have liked to be able to check in before 4 but such a nice city wasnt a major issue

l'edificio non è recente, ma ubicato in ottima posizione, a due passi dal porto e servito da tutti i mezzi, metrò compreso. L'appartamento è confortevole con camere abbastanza grandi, i due bagni lo rendono indicato anche a due famiglie come eravamo noi. Peccato che nella terza camera da letto i materassi erano quasi da campeggio. Dopo aver subito un sonoro rimprovero sulla qualità della sistemazione, ho avuto la soddisfazione da parte delle signore, moglie compresa di aver trovato un'ottima sistemazione, pratica e confortevole.

peccato che ci fosse acqua calda solo in una doccia e solo per un massimo di tre doccie consecutive

+ noise level is acceptable (especially for the central location) + nice big rooms + fairly clean + kitchen well equipped - in the first bathroom you have to plug in the (hidden) hot water boiler instead of the cloth drier to have hot water. If the one before you forgets to do so you have to take a cold shower :(

très bien placé, spacieux et confortable.Mais les couettes tachées et la première nuit un individu a tenté de forcer la porte, comme s'il connaissait les lieux et les pensait vides.Il s'est enfui quand on s'est levé.
