  About the accommodation
The spacious 120m2 Beach Penthouse can sleep 8 people in 4 private rooms and is a short walk to the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean of Barcelona. Wake in the morning and drink in the view of the blue waters of the Med from the sunny terrace. Sun yourself in the morning or have your meals al fresco. The metro (just one minute from the apartment) brings you to the Gothic Quarter where you will be immersed in Barcelona’s fascinating history. Nightlife is spectacular in Barcelona, and a short metro ride to the bars on the marina offers a variety options including the chic Shoko restaurant and cocktail bar, wild and highly touristy Baja Beach club and an Irish bar, to name a few. This apartment has the advantage of a sunny terrace on which you can enjoy spectacular views of the city and Mediterranean sea. There are 3 double rooms each with 2 single beds and 1 single room to which an additional fold out bed can be added. The living room has an excellent view of the sea and gives onto the outdoor patio. There is a kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The apartment comes with fresh linens and towels. There is also an elevator which will bring you up to the top floor. There are 2 full bathrooms and a hair dryer. There is a washing machine, dryer and iron. Cancellation PolicyCancelling with less than 7 days notice and no shows will result in a charge for the first night (including taxes). REFUNDABLE 200€ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200€ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).

The apartment is a few blocks to the beach and can be reached on foot. L4 metro is only 20 metres from the apartment and buses 36, 71 and 141 are just out front- all leading to the city centre and Gothic Quarter.

The accommodation was cute, big and in a good position. The metro was near the apartament and the bus stop was in front of the apartment door. The district and the neighbours are so quiet, but there are a lot of strangers. There are three terraces and from the big one you can see a big part of the city and have a great landscape. Finally the apartment is wonderful and the service in general is perfect.

Ich kann nur mit Freude an die Zeit in Barcelona zurückdenken. Die Unterkunft entsprach zu 100% meinen und der anderen Erwartungen. Es war alles vorhanden, und die Lage war für uns super. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Heizung, dass wir in der Frühe meldeten. Als wir abends zurückwaren funktionierte alles wieder. Also super Service, tolle Lage und tolle Aussicht vom Balkon aus. Jederzeit wieder...

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig, Metro, Supermarkt, Bäcker günstige Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bei mehr als 6 Erwachsenen muss im Wohnzimmer übernachtet werden, da es sich beim Einzelzimmer um ein Kinderzimmer mit kurzen Bett(en) (bis 165 cm) handelt. Einfach eingerichtet, kaum Kleiderschränke. Wunderbare 3 Terrassen die zum Aufenthalt einladen, aber leider zuwenig Gartenmöbel, sodaß man die renovierungsbedürftigen Wohnzimmersessel raustragen muss. Währe herrlich, gäbe es nach einem Ausflugstag am Abend noch die Möglichkeit auf der Terrasse auf einer Liege zu relaxen.
