The Sants-Montjuïc Gran Via Apartment is a cozy and comfortable 90m2 apartment in the Sants-Montjuïc area of Barcelona and is ideal for 6 people. For those arriving by plane, the apartment is easy to get to due to its proximity to Plaça Espanya, where the airport bus stops. Business travellers will have easy access to the conference centre Fira de Barcelona and the fair grounds in the L’Hospitalet area of the city. From the apartment it is very easy to get around the city because there are numerous buses, trains and metro lines leaving from the Plaça Espanya station. It is close to Montjuic where the 1992 Olympics were held and other cultural centres are located such as the Catalan National Museum of Art (MNAC), Caixa Forum exhibition centre and the Teatre Grec theatre. This six person apartment enjoys plenty of natural light, and has a maximum occupancy of 10 people. Guests will have two rooms each with a large double bed and a third with two single beds. All the bedrooms have a TV. The living-dining room has two large sofa beds. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. The kitchen has a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, dish washer, iron, toaster, and more. There is a balcony, heating and air conditioning. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the convenience of a large apartment close to the business area of Barcelona and a metro which arrives in the city centre in no time. A comfortable, well appointed apartment in a strategic area of Barcelona. Important: 200 EURO REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR EACH APARTMENT RENTED. Once checked-in you have two payment options 1) To present a major credit card which will not be charged provided that the room is in good condition upon checking out, or 2) Pay 200 euros in cash which will be returned upon checking out provided that the room is good condition upon checking out.

Magoria station of the FGC trains just 5 minutes away. 1 station away from the metro lines 1 and 3 in Plaça Espanya. The airport bus is 15 minutes away on foot to the Plaça Espanya or 5 minutes by FGC. Bus 9 stops directly in front of the apartment and goes direct to Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas (20 minutes) as does the 36, 46 and 79.
